Our kits come complete with everything you need to plug them straight in and enjoy. No cutting, joining wires etc required unlike many other options in the market. About the Low Voltage Commercial Festoon String Lights - Flat Cable:
- The Festoon String Lights are available in increments of 10 metres with 11 bulbs per length (90cm spacing). They are available from 10 metre to 100 metre lengths. If there is a length not specified in listing, please to arrange for you.
- Each length comes with built in waterproof connectors meaning you can easily join numerous sets together to form long chains from the one transformer.
- The flat cable is a heavy-duty self-levelling cable. Ideal for stringing between structures, beams etc.
- The Festoon String Lights have an IP44 rating making them suitable for all weather conditions in Australia.
- Factory moulded lamp holders with a weatherproof flange for extra protection.
- The space between each bulb measures 90cm (45cm on each connector end).
- These string lights are paired with our unique 24V, low voltage LED bulbs that are made from either clear polycarbonate material or glass. Please select the bulb material appropriate for your location.
- The four clear G45 polycarbonate bulbs are shatterproof and can withstand the knocks and bumps from outdoor use in the wind. Perfect for the Australian climate.
- There are many LED bulbs to choose from: shatterproof polycarbonate shell (1 filament, 2200K dim, warm light), shatterproof polycarbonate shell (4 filament, 2200K warm light), shatterproof polycarbonate shell (2700K – for a whiter, brighter appearance),
- (4 filament, 2200K warm light), (6 filament, 2200K warm light).
- These bulbs are all 24-volt bulbs so must be used with the non dimmable, DC transformer provided.
- Each set comes supplied with a 5 metre connection cable between the transformer and the start of the festoon string. Additional 5m and 10m extension available from the dropdown menu.
- It is advisable that a support cable be used when your cable run exceeds 10m between anchor points.
- This outdoor light is suitable for indoor use as well.
- This light has an IP44 rating. Always check with your electrician to see if this light is suitable for your desired placement. Please also consider suitability of materials for your installation location.
